Kate, Director

Before setting up BEYOND, Kate worked as a Senior Project Manager, creating bespoke hospitality around major international sports tournaments, film premieres and music events. Her six-day hospitality programme for 2,500 VIPs at Madonna’s ‘Drowned World’ Tour was a particular achievement.

From there Kate broadened her experience, working in sports sponsorship and running the Marketing Department for an American law firm in Mayfair.

She founded BEYOND in 2004, as an agency specialising in ‘intelligent events’, either through direct project management or consultancy.

Kate is committed to delivering the highest levels of personal service, always tries to coax clients out of their comfort zone by challenging their preconceptions, and brings her international expertise for events throughout Europe, the Americas and Dubai.

Alice, Senior Event Manager

Alice has delivered events in the UK and globally, from multi-day conferences to large-scale client entertainment.? One highlight was an event for 500 international dignitaries at the British Museum with luxury ‘Best of British’ catering and large-scale entertainment.

 

She thrives on creating innovative, immersive ideas that achieve our client’s marketing objectives and take their events further than they thought possible. This creative streak is backed up by her confidence in working with complex budgets, an acute attention to detail as well as proven problem-solving skills.

Alice’s expertise in public speaking, training and running workshops makes her the ideal choice to spearhead BEYOND consultancy, helping ‘accidental event managers’ to manage events with less stress, and more success.
